I cannot recommend Graham Walker highly enough.
Having had to return a Tesla I initially purchased elsewhere following a deeply disappointing experience, I was understandably cautious about buying another car. I came across Graham on DoneDeal, was impressed by the quality of his cars and his outstanding reviews, and decided to call him.
Graham called me back within 30 minutes on a Saturday afternoon, and we spoke for over 40 minutes. His knowledge, expertise and genuine passion for Tesla were immediately apparent. It would have been clear I was a first-time buyer, and although I initially favoured a more affordable Tesla, I mentioned I was considering one of his cars advertised at €34,995.
What happened next speaks volumes about Graham’s character. He suggested a 2022 Model 3 Long Range AWD with premium white interior, one owner from new and just 14,000 km. This car was outside his normal range of vehicles, yet he offered it at a highly competitive price considerably below the equivalent market value. He could easily have pursued the sale of the more expensive car I had enquired about. Instead, he recommended a considerably cheaper alternative, making a fraction of the profit he could have made while investing significantly more time and effort than I would ever expect from a dealer.
Throughout the process, Graham communicated consistently, arranged paint correction and polishing, personally travelled to collect the original hubcaps that had not been supplied with the car, and insisted on having it professionally valeted at his own expense, despite my offering to collect it earlier without a valet. He also supplied Tesla alloy centre caps free of charge and offered a charger at a highly competitive price, while explicitly advising me not to buy one unless I actually needed it.
Graham is the polar opposite of what many people have come to expect from a car dealer. His integrity, sincerity and fairness are exceptional. His extensive Tesla knowledge is invaluable, and dealing with him gives you genuine assurance and absolute confidence that you are in the safest possible hands.
I have never before dealt with a car dealer who made me feel he deserved more than the agreed price. Graham genuinely cares about his customers, not simply the sale.
His reviews speak for themselves, and now I understand why. I would recommend Graham without the slightest hesitation to anyone considering a Tesla. An absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish, and thoroughly deserving of every five-star review he receives.
